White Glove Accounting provides bookkeeping and related administrative services to businesses and individuals. We are not a licensed CPA firm, a public accountancy firm, a registered tax preparer, a law firm, or a government agency. We do not perform audit, attest, or assurance engagements; we do not prepare or file income tax returns; and we do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Those services are reserved for licensed or registered professionals. We prepare financial statements from records provided by the client and hand off clean, reconciled books to the CPA, enrolled agent, or tax preparer of your choosing.
Our scope is bookkeeping: transaction categorization, monthly close, bank and credit-card reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, sales tax and city tax return preparation and filing, 1099 preparation and e-filing, financial statement preparation from client-provided records, and QuickBooks setup, cleanup, and migration. Anything outside that scope is referred out.
Financial statements are prepared from records the client provides. The client remains responsible for the completeness and accuracy of those records and for all filings made in the client's name. Filing deadlines, penalties, nexus determinations, and the acceptance of any return or record are determined solely by the applicable taxing authorities and by your own licensed professionals. Requirements change and vary by jurisdiction; outcomes, timelines, and savings are not guaranteed and will differ by client.
